What you’ll be doing 

• Assisting passengers as they board and ensuring a smooth start to their canal cruise
• Selling and scanning tickets while providing top-notch customer service
• Engaging with guests from all over the world and sharing tips about Amsterdam’s must-see spots
• Managing crowd control, especially in the busy northern part of the city, to keep everything running smoothly
• Helping guests with pedal boats, ensuring they navigate the canals safely and enjoy their experience
• Keeping the boats and docks tidy so they’re always ready for the next tour
• Actively promoting Stromma’s tickets and tours, making sure visitors don’t miss out on the best experiences

• You're available for at least 16 hours per week, including one weekday and one weekend day
• You live in (or near) Amsterdam and are excited to work in the heart of the city
• You stay calm under pressure and can handle busy boarding areas efficiently
• You enjoy promoting experiences and helping visitors discover the best of Amsterdam
• Shifts are available between 08:30 and 22:30, with both full 8-hour shifts and shorter 5- to 6-hour options
• You can easily manage your schedule using the SuperStaff app
